Ticket Refund Policy and Exchange Policy

There are no refunds on season ticket purchases. Season tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value for another performance of the same production at no additional cost. |

Season tickets may also be exchanged for a different production; however, the cost difference between the single ticket price and the discounted season ticket price will be assessed. |

Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance and are subject to seat availability. In the event the price category of the ticket to be exchanged is not available for the desired performance, the next lower price category available will be substituted and the cost difference will not be refunded. |
