ATTENTION THOSE SINGERS PLANNING TO AUDITION SATURDAY FEBRUARY 9th. We realize many of you may experience travel delays due to the weather in the northeast. If you are forced to arrive late to the audition due to the weather, you WILL still be heard by our audition panel. Safe travels!

Parking is available in Garden Park Plaza parking garage on Garden Avenue. Cars on permit-only lots will be towed.
Audition Specifics
It is recommended you arrive 45 minutes prior to call time in order to check-in and receive an audition number. AEA members will be seen first. Bring ID and Equity Membership Card (if applicable) and a current headshot and resume, stapled together. For performers age 18+.
Preparation
Singers please prepare 16 and 32 bar cuts of two selections in styles appropriate to the shows. Bring sheet music in your key; an accompanist will be provided. Singers audtion by number and are informed of a callback at their audtion. Strong, legit musical theatre voices preferred.
Singers may be asked to dance, so bring dance shoes (jazz or character preferred; bring tap if you have them). Men should also bring knee pads. Singers must move well and will be taught full-out combinations.
Besides regular callbacks, Singers may also be invited to attend additional callbacks on Saturday, February 9 from 5:00-8:00pm
Schedule/Compensation
Performers are cast on a per-show basis. The Muny works with Actors’ Equity Association under the MSUA contract. All performers are signed to an Equity contract and are eligible for full membership. 2013 chorus salary is $920 per week. Housing/per-diem for non-local performers is provided.
