All members of the 2013 Children’s Chorus and Teen Chorus have been contacted.

For performers age 7 through 8th grade.

Age requirement must be met on the day of the auditions.

Parking is available at the St. Louis Science Center. Please obtain a free parking coupon at the audition registration table to use when exiting the parking lot.

Audition information

• Upon arrival, auditioners receive an audition number. The audition process lasts 90-120 minutes after your number is called.
• Please arrive dressed to dance, with Jazz shoes or ballet shoes. If you tap, please bring your tap shoes.
• Be prepared to sing 16 measures of a song. Bring your own sheet music in the key that you will be singing. An accompanist will be provided. No a capella or recorded music. Not every auditioner will be asked to sing.
• These are closed auditions, not open for viewing by the public.
• Children who are asked to return for the Sunday call-back will be given written instructions.

Casting

From this audition, children for the 2013 Season productions will be cast on a per-show basis. The Muny Kids Touring Troupe also will be selected from this audition.
